Our Next Fitness Challenge Begins May 5th!
We're seeing awesome results from our clients who did the recent challenge so here we go again! Are you summer ready? Are you trying to beat Quarantine 15?
May 5th begins the 30 day Jump Rope Challenge. Follow the steps below and join us!
1. Jump Rope at least 5 minutes a day for 30 days straight.
2. Tag pro_fitness_trainers with a pic or video doing a plank. #pr0_fitness_trainers #30daysjumpropechallenge
3. DM or Comment that you accept the challenge.
4. Prizes will be given to the top three participants.
